SITE DIRECTOR

Derek grew up in Cumberland Maryland where he competed in four sports (soccer, track and field, basketball, and baseball) at Allegany High School. After recovering from a knee surgery his junior year, he continued to play collegiate soccer at Frostburg State University while pursuing a degree in exercise and sport science. Over the years he has coached youth, collegiate, and professional athletes of all sports. He has worked alongside physical therapists and has a passion for helping athletes return to sport from injury. Outside of training athletes, Derek enjoys helping adults conquer their training and nutrition goals.
