How do I create a new account?


From Web Browser: 1. In the upper right hand corner please select the blue “Sign Up!” Button
2. Click Blue box which reads,” Please click here to get started”
3. Please fill in Client Information and Billing Information, Click “Next”
4. Please read, complete, acknowledge waiver
5. Once account created, please confirm information on Profile page and ADD FAMILY MEMBERS at this time (if adding children)
8. Click Save From Mobile App: 1. Please download the Capstone Performance Training app from the Apple or Google play store 2. Please scroll down and click "Register" 3. Please complete profile screen 4. Please specify Birthday, Gender and fill Emergency Contact info & Reference 5. Agree to terms and conditions 6. Click "Submit" **Please Note that Accounts are unique to 1 person! If creating an account with Family Members, please follow the directions above "From Web Browser"** **If you have multiple members under one account, Mobile App requires each member to have their own Login Information!**




How do I add my child to my account?


1. Log Into your Mindbody account 2. On the right side of your screen, find the “Family Members” section 3. Select “Add Family Member” 4. Fill in all fields (Make sure to specify Relationship and “Paid For” options) 5. Select Save




What is the cancellation policy?


Morning Class (5:30 am-12:00 pm) reservations MUST be cancelled by 7pm the night before to avoid being charged a session credit. Evening Class (3:15pm-7:00pm) reservations MUST be cancelled by 9am the day of to avoid being charged a session credit. All Membership Cancellations must be made in writing, 7 days prior to re-occurring payment to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.




COVID-19 Protocols and Procedures


Capstone Performance Training's top priority is the health and safety of our players, their families, our staff and the community. We will adhere to the following COVID-19 guidelines: ARRIVAL TO ALL CAPSTONE PERFORMANCE TRAINING SESSIONS: ●All attendees (including athletes, coaches and staff) should conduct a self-evaluation for COVID-19 symptoms and check their temperature before arriving on-site. ●By attending a session, a guardian is certifying that their player's temperature has been taken (just prior to the session) and that they do not have a fever of 100.4 or higher. You are also certifying that your player does not have a cough, shortness of breath, chills, sore throat or muscle aches. ●Players should not arrive to the session more than 15 minutes prior to the designated start time to limit the number participants within the area for extended periods of time. OUTDOOR SESSIONS: ●Prior to attending any Capstone Performance Training session, a player's temperatures must be taken. By attending a session, a guardian is certifying that their players temperature has been taken (just prior) and that they do not have a fever of 100.4 or higher. You are also certifying that your athlete does not have a cough, shortness of breath, chills, sore throat or muscle aches. ●When applicable, athletes will be placed in groups of 15 or less. Groups will be determined by age and skill level. ●Staff will sanitize equipment prior to each Capstone Soccer session. ●Social distancing guidelines will be followed during all activity breaks. Players will be encouraged to use hand sanitizer before and after each break. ●Athletes will be asked to wear masks upon entrance and exit of each session. ●Capstone Performance Training highly encourages parents to drop off their child and return once the session concludes. Waiting in your car is also acceptable. INDOOR SESSIONS: ●Prior to attending any Capstone Performance Training session, an athletes temperatures must be taken. By attending a session, a guardian is certifying that their players temperature has been taken (just prior) and that they do not have a fever of 100.4 or higher. You are also certifying that your player does not have a cough, shortness of breath, chills, sore throat or muscle aches. ●Only coaches, staff and players will be allowed within the facilities. Spectators may watch via ipads/phones thru a secure live stream. Note - Spectators may be allowed in the facility during private group trainings if all members of the group agree). ●Athletes will be placed in groups of 12 or less. Groups will be determined by age and skill level. ●Athletes will be asked to wear masks upon entrance and exit of each session. ●Coaches and staff will wear masks for the duration of the session. ●During sessions masks for players are highly encouraged but optional. ●Staff will sanitize equipment prior to each session. ●Social distancing guidelines will be followed during all breaks. Athletes will be encouraged to use hand sanitizer before and after each break. LEAVING THE SESSION: ●Follow appropriate directional guidance ●No congregating in large groups when exiting the session ●All players/spectators must leave the venue once their session is finished for the day Additionally, we ask that athletes (families), coaches and staff follow Return to Play Guidelines - as set forth by US Soccer (see below):
PLAYERS/COACHES/STAFF: ●Daily temperature checks are mandatory for all coaches and staff. Anyone with a temperature exceeding 100.4 degrees will not be permitted to attend the day's session. ●No shared equipment or water bottles ●Players must exit the field immediately after the session ends ●Spitting is prohibited on and off the field ●Coaches and staff are encouraged to bring their own hand sanitizer for quick sanitation during, between, and after activities ●Athletes, coaches and staff are encouraged to apply hand sanitizer when coming on and off the field, as well as after each session ●Athletes equipment should be labeled to avoid confusion and contamination




How do I sign up for classes?


From MindBody Online 1 . If you do not already have an existing account with Capstone Performance Training please find the “Creating a New Account PDF” on the FAQ’s page. 2. In a Web Browser please visit www.CapstonePerformanceTraining.com and log in to your account 3. At the top of your profile page you will find 4 tabs, please click the tab that says “CLASSES” 4. Scroll through the schedule to find the appropriate, Day, Time and Class Type 5. Once you have found the desired class, click the “SIGN UP NOW” button 6. On the following page, please choose the option to “Make a single Reservation” for yourself or a family member (ex. “Make a Reservation – John Smith”) 7. Please verify the details of the reservation in your shopping and click “CHECK OUT.” 8. On the final page apply any gift cards/verify your email address and select “PLACE ORDER. From Mobile Application 1. Go to App Store 2. Download Capstone Performance Training Mobile Application. 3. Login with your username and password that you use with your Mindbody Online account. 4. Click on “Schedule” from the options on the bottom of the screen. 5. Find the correct date on the calendar at the top on the screen. 6. Scroll through and select the class that you would like to register for. 7. Click “Schedule Class” highlighted in blue. 8. Once app says “you’re booked” then you are registered for class​




How do I purchase sessions?


1. If you do not already have an existing account with Capstone Performance Training please find the “How Do I Create an Account” on the FAQ’s page. 2. In a Web Browser please visit www.CapstonePerformanceTraining.com and log in to your account 3. In the upper right hand corner of your profile page, please find and select “Online Store” PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE 2 DIFFERENT TYPES OF OPTIONS FOR TRAINING PACKAGES! A. Services* - (For Off-membership Private, Semi-Private, Junior and Free Session packages)

  1. From the services drop down menu select the appropriate service category
  2. Select Package option
  3. Click “Check Out”
  4. Confirm check out information and select “Place Order” button at bottom of page
B. Contracts** - (All Membership options)
  1. From the “Online Store” Menu bar select “Contracts”
  2. From the Contracts drop down menu select the appropriate Membership type
  3. On the following page, confirm start date and select “Make Purchase”
  4. View Shopping Cart and select “Check Out” button at the bottom of page
  5. Confirm check out information and select “Place Order” button at the bottom of page
