Chad Ward

Assistant Site Director - Chantilly

Chad Ward is a certified personal trainer and corrective exercises specialist with over ten years of experience in training and coaching. His expertise extends to speed training and improving functional movement patterns, making him a valuable resource for athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Growing up in Sterling, Virginia, Chad was a dual-sport athlete, participating in varsity football and lacrosse for four years. His athletic prowess earned him a scholarship to play NCAA Division II lacrosse at St. Andrews University in North Carolina. After spending two years at St. Andrews, he continued his education at West Virginia University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies. With a decade of experience in the field, Chad designs his exercise programs using a blend of scientific knowledge and practical experience gained from his roles as an athlete, strength coach, personal trainer, and rehab tech. He employs a variety of training methods, including Olympic lifts, to serve a broad spectrum of clients, from young athletes to professionals. His comprehensive approach and deep understanding of speed training and functional movement patterns have proven effective in enhancing athletic performance and overall physical health.
