Capstone Performance Training was created to bridge the gap between an athletes on-field and off-field training. Prioritizing an athletes mobility, stability, speed, strength, power, conditioning, nutrition and recovery allow us to Reach New Peaks!
Capstone continues to push the field of athletic performance with our progressive training methods. We dedicate ourselves to helping athletes develop their physical and mental prowess. Our hard work and dedication to the craft of performance coaching has allowed us to enjoy many athletes success stories.
Our all encompassing assessment determines what an athletes strengths and weaknesses are in speed, strength, power, mobility, and body composition compared to other athletes.
THE 4 PEAKS
Research proves the most critical component in helping prevent injury is being strong. Regardless of an athletes current level of strength, our coaches will teach proper lifting technique and ensure the athlete is safe and learns every step of the way. No matter the sport the athlete is in, they will receive the appropriate exercises to enhance their game.
An athlete that has limited mobility are at a greater risk for injury. Most injuries occur in sport when an athlete is put into positions they aren’t used to controlling. It’s not just about flexibility, an athlete needs strength and stability through deep ranges of motion. Improving an athletes mobility enhances an athletes positioning, thus increasing speed.
We are driven to improve an athletes acceleration, sprint speed, lateral speed, agility, change of direction, and explosive abilities. Our coaches will enhance the positive qualities the athlete possesses for speed and correct the negative qualities that hinder their speed. Capstone has the technology and tools to create a challenging and engaging atmosphere that will show measurable progress in speed.
An immediate way of improving speed agility and quickness is through technical movement mechanics. An athlete can practice all they want but if they aren’t demonstrating proper technique they’ll hit plateaus. Our coaches will analyze the errors in an athletes movement and teach them to move more efficiently. In just one session we guarantee improvements in speed, agility, quickness, and power.
