Adam DeFranc
DIRECTOR OF ADULT PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Adam grew up in Boston, Massachusetts, where he was always active playing sports and lifting weights. He went on to play basketball at Skidmore College in New York, earning a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, and later completed a master’s in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology at the University of Florida. Adam has spent several years working as a strength and conditioning coach in private, small group, and team settings. He also worked in a gym alongside a full staff of physical therapists, where he was closely involved in rehab and return-to-play protocols for injured athletes. Currently, Adam serves as a strength coach at George Mason University, leading the baseball, rowing, and track and field teams. He believes all clients are athletes and should train with the same attention to movement quality, strength, and long-term performance.
