Base Camp
Base Camp is a full comprehensive assessment providing insights into your specific anthropometrics, movement patterns, power/explosiveness, and speed. This will allow a deep insight into an athletes specific needs to further accelerate your training from Day 1! On top of your assessment, you will receive 1 Free Group Training pass to get you started on Reaching Your Peak!
Speed Analysis
Our Speed Assessment will allow our staff to establish baseline metrics in Explosiveness, Acceleration, and Absolute Speed. Based upon these metrics, we will be able to specifically identify a training program specific to your needs to address any mechanical or physical deficiencies.
