RAHUL 'RAH' CHAUDHRY

Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Rahul attended Langley High  in McLean, Virginia. Rahul was a 4 year starter on the men's varsity soccer team, winning 2 district championships and a number of personal accolades prior to playing collegiality at James Madison University. The oldest of 6 children, Rahul has always found comfort in leadership and mentorship roles with a deep passion for helping others. "I am passionate about being able to assist athletes of any age or sport achieve their true potential by unlocking their physical and mental capabilities both on and off the field."

Raised in Morganton, North Carolina, KJ attended Freedom High School where he played 5 varsity sports (Soccer, Wrestling, Baseball, Lacrosse, Track & Field) before setting his focus on soccer and playing at the collegiate and professional level. During his Sophomore year in high school he suffered a season ending leg injury leading him to his interests in strength & conditioning and rehabilitation. During his coaching career, KJ has worked with youth, collegiate and professional athletes (NFL, MiLB).

DEREK FULLER

Born and raised in Cumberland Maryland, Derek attended Allegany High School. He participated in four varsity sports (soccer, track and field, basketball, and baseball). After a knee surgery his junior year of high school, he continued on to play soccer in college while pursuing an education exercise and sport science. During his coaching career he has worked with youth, collegiate, and professional athletes. He has interned and worked alongside highly respected physical therapists and has a passion for helping athletes return to sport from an injury. Outside of training athletes, Derek enjoys helping adults conquer their health and fitness goals.

BRENDAN 'GRIFF' GRIFFIN

Brendan"Griff" began his sports and athletic involvement at a young age while growing up in Falls Church, Virginia. Coach Griff attended McLean High School in McLean, Virginia where he was a versatile 3-sport Varsity athlete participating in football, wrestling, and baseball. He excelled in each of these sports with many honors and awards.

In 2007, Griff joined the United States Marine Corps where he served as a Forward Observer. He was deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan twice between 2007-2010 and completed a number of high-profile training courses.Griff’s military training combined with his nearly 20-years of athletic experience has made him a coach that preaches the importance of fundamentals, discipline, and adaptability.

JAMES PASCOE

James Pascoe is from Vienna, Virginia and attended McLean High School. During his playing days at McLean he was a recipient of the Angus Award for totaling 10 Varsity Letters. He played 1 year of JUCO baseball before suffering a throwing elbow injury. He then went on to serve in the Marine Corps from 2009-2013. Since then, Coach James has been a Private and Group Baseball and Softball Instructor in the northern Virginia area and he has built in a following in the community. With his all around athletic, military, personal training and artistic background, he has been able to tailor his training techniques to help train and teach a wide range of athletes and clients of all ages, abilities, and skill level to attain their goals on and off the field. As Social Media Coordinator for the company, his vision is to promote what Capstone is all about, which is to help athletes reach their peak.

CHASE BRUGGEMAN

 With over 11 years of experience in athletic performance, as an elite athlete to his extensive work with high school, collegiate and professional athletes, Chase brings focus, discipline and advanced expertise to his work with each and every client. Together, Torey and Chase create a dynamic team grounded in diverse technique and highly strategic methodology covering all athlete types and levels.

He has had the pleasure of working with:

  •  University of District of Columbia’s Men’s Soccer Team


His work has also spanned elite private and public high school and travel teams in multiple sports in the greater DC metro area. Many local metro area athletes have utilized his work to achieve collegiate and professional careers in the US and overseas.

DREW MORGAN

Drew played any and all sports growing up until specializing in baseball his senior of high school. Sidelined by injury during his first year of collegiate baseball, he turned towards academics and focused on his other interest – psychology. This interest took him towards sport psychology, a perfect blend of his two passions. Now, with a master’s degree in sport psychology, he does mental training with athletes to help them improve in their sport. His approach to high performance is a developing self-awareness, regulating your thoughts and emotions, and trusting your training.
