ATHLETE ASSESSMENT

Our comprehensive athletic assessment will allow our staff to establish baselines and address deficiencies prior to beginning programs. This ensures our coaches have athlete-specific information to create a comprehensive and individualized plan to ensure each individual athlete's success.

BODY COMPOSITION

Using our InBody 570, Capstone gathers information such as height, weight, skeletal muscle mass, body fat mass, basil metabolic rate (BMR) and much more! This is used to assess where athletes currently are, help set standards and goals, as well as comparisons for the future!

COORDINATION

We prioritizes an athletes movement mechanics and coordination to ensure safe, functional, and fluid movement. During our assessment, we put athletes through tests focused on balance, reaction time, and hand-eye coordination.

STRENGTH

Through a variety of body-weight and banded movements, athletes are tested on their ability to maintain balance, focus, and control through full ranges of motion without pain. These tests establish a baseline for how each athlete specific program is designed and implemented! 

Using industry leading Fusion Sport Laser Timing Systems, we are able to gauge an athletes power, speed, acceleration, quickness and agility. These numbers are used to specify each athletes speed and agility program!

CLASS SIZES

Group 

Our 60 minute group classes are great for athletes who are looking for an intense, high energy, and positive environment to assist in their growth and development! These sessions of 6-10 athletes specifically focus on Athlete Readiness, Explosiveness/Power Development, Speed, Strength & Stability, Flexibility, Conditioning, Recovery!

Partner

Partner training is perfect for siblings, teammates and athlete groups who prefer to train together without the stress of others being added to the session. By eliminating the possibility of others joining your group, it allows for greater customization and quality control of the tailored program.

Private

Individuals desiring more specific attention to their own unique goals will benefit from our fully customizable private coaching programs. Whether you are a highly competitive athlete or simply looking to improve your current fitness and athletic levels our private training options can be completely tailored to fit your needs. Sessions will be designed to challenge your mind and body in an effort to assist you in reaching your personal goals.

Team

The success of an athlete transcends well beyond the work they put at their team training. Through our team training, we teach your group of 10+ athletes injury prevention techniques, sport specific movements, functional strength and athleticism to maintain health and safety during their in-season and out of season training.
